JBL Charge 6 Splashproof Portable Bluetooth Speaker - White

The JBL Charge 6 is a portable Bluetooth speaker designed for extreme durability and high-performance audio, featuring an upgraded IP68 rating that makes it both fully waterproof and dustproof. Released in early 2025, it introduces several enhancements over its predecessor, including AI Sound Boost for optimized real-time audio and a more rugged, "drop-proof" build. 

Key Features & Performance

• Audio Quality: Delivers 45W of total output power through a 53 x 93 mm woofer (30W) and a 20 mm tweeter (10W). The new AI Sound Boost algorithm analyzes music in real-time to maximize acoustic performance while minimizing distortion.
• Extended Battery Life: Offers up to 24 hours of normal playtime, which can be extended to 28 hours using the "Playtime Boost" feature via the JBL Portable App.
• Durability: Rated IP68, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1.5 metres of freshwater for 30 minutes. It is also tested to withstand drops from up to 1 metre onto concrete.
• Charging & Power Bank: True to the "Charge" name, it features a built-in power bank to charge mobile devices via a USB-C port. A 10-minute fast charge provides approximately 150 minutes of playback.
• Connectivity: Equipped with Bluetooth 5.4 and supports Auracast™, allowing you to pair multiple speakers for a wider soundstage or connect with other Auracast-enabled JBL devices.

Design & Build

• Portability: Features a new detachable handle strap for easier carrying.
• Stability: The base has been redesigned to be flatter and more balanced, similar to the JBL Xtreme 4, to prevent it from rolling off surfaces.
• Eco-Friendly Materials: Constructed with up to 85% post-consumer recycled plastic and 100% recycled fabric for the speaker grille.
