You'll receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.

Pick Up In-Store

Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to any Obiwezy branch.

 

Collection Times

  • Most in-stock items are ready within 2–4 hours of ordering
  • You'll be notified as soon as your order is ready
  • Orders can be collected during store opening hours

What to Bring

  • Your order confirmation (email or SMS)
  • A valid government-issued ID
  • The payment card used if the order was paid online

Uncollected orders will be held for 5 business days. After this period, your order may be cancelled and a refund processed.

How do I place an order on Obiwezy?
Browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online or choose to pay on delivery where available. You'll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
What if I'm not available to receive my delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt to reach you by phone before arriving. If you're unavailable, we'll try to schedule a redelivery. You can also choose to collect in-store if that's more convenient.
How long does delivery take outside Lagos?
For small items, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. For large items, allow 5–10 business days. Our team will keep you updated throughout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You may be able to amend or cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order reference number.
Is installation support available?
Installation support is available on select large items such as TVs and appliances. This will be indicated on the product page. Our team can confirm availability when contacting you about delivery.
