Step-by-Step Guide
How to Place an Order
Ordering from Obiwezy is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to find your product, complete your purchase, and get it delivered or collected at your convenience.

Find Your Product
Use the search bar at the top of any page to find products by name, type, colour, or specification — or browse by category using the left-hand menu.
Type a keyword into the search bar (e.g. "iPhone 15", "4K TV", "laptop bag") and press Enter to view matching results.
Click the dropdown arrow on the category menu to explore phones, laptops, accessories, TVs and more.
Use filters on the results page to narrow down by price, brand, or specification.
Click on any product to view full details, specifications, available colours, and delivery options before adding to cart.

Add to Cart & Review Your Order
Once you've found what you're looking for, click "Add to Cart" on the product page. You can continue shopping or head straight to checkout.
Access your cart via the Shopping Cart icon at the top-right of the page.
Review your selected items, quantities, and estimated delivery cost. Use "Edit Cart" to make changes.
Click "Check Out" when you're ready to complete your purchase.

At checkout, choose how you'd like to proceed:

Create a free account or log in to track orders, save your delivery address, manage returns, and receive personalised updates.
→ Guest Checkout
No account needed. Provide your delivery and contact details to place your order quickly without registering.
Creating an account is free and takes under a minute — and makes future orders faster with saved addresses and order history.

Choose Delivery Location & Method
Select your preferred delivery option and fill in your shipping details. Obiwezy delivers to all 6 geopolitical zones across Nigeria.
Home Delivery — Enter your full address and we'll bring your order directly to you.
Collect In-Store — Choose your nearest Obiwezy branch and collect at your convenience, free of delivery charges.
Lagos orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days; nationwide orders within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Select Your Payment Method
Obiwezy offers flexible, secure payment options to suit every customer. Choose the method that works best for you at checkout.
Card Payment
Pay securely online with your debit or credit card via our encrypted checkout.
Bank Transfer
Transfer directly to any of our bank accounts. Account details are provided at checkout after selecting this option.
Pay on Delivery
Available on selected orders within Lagos. Pay in cash or by card when your order arrives.
All online transactions are fully encrypted and secure. Obiwezy will never request your card details outside of our official checkout.

Confirm & Track Your Order
Before placing your order, review your full order summary — including items, delivery address, and payment details. You can add special remarks or instructions at this stage.
Click "Confirm Purchase" to finalise your order. You'll receive a confirmation by email or SMS immediately.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.
Registered users can view all orders anytime in the "My Orders" section of their account.
