Returns & Exchange
As a consumer, you have the right to return within 7days of purchase if Used device has a defect that is not self-damaged. In the case of a sales agreement involving the transfer of ownership of physical goods, the deadline for return the sales agreement shall expire 8 days after the date on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party nominated by you other than the carrier took possession of the goods. In the case of a sales agreement involving the transfer of ownership of a number of items that are shipped separately or an agreement obliging the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or in parts, the cancellation period shall begin from the date on which you took possession of the last item, the last batch or part or on which the third party nominated by you other than the carrier took possession of the last item, last batch or part. However, in the case of sales agreements involving services, the 7-day return period shall start on the date of reciepient of the product.

We may withhold return of payment until we have received the item or until we receive a proof of return, depending on which event occurs first.
Please return or transfer the item to us immediately, and in any event no later than 7 days from the date you informed us of your cancellation. The deadline is held if you return the item before the 8th day deadline to the following address:

Please be sure to protect the goods properly against any damage that may be incurred while shipping. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the item. Please do not send 'pick-up' or reverse charge shipments.
You are only responsible for a reduction in the value of items that may arise from improper use.
