How do I activate my account?

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at [email protected]

 

Usage of Personal information

All personal information that are used to identify any individual such as a first and last name, home address, email address or other contact information keep in secret. As usual you can visit our web page without telling who you are or revealing any personal info about yourself. We use personal information to process and deliver your order for bill. Maybe it is used to provide a more pleasant shopping experience

We guarantee that your personal information is protected. We store your info in secured server.Moreover, SSL is used for checkout process to keep your billing info safe. No credit card info issaved on our system. We don’t share your personal information with any other third parties.

My package is prepaid. Do I need to show any document when collecting it?

Yes. Please show your ID to the delivery associate / pick up station. It can be your Voters Card, Driver's License, Work ID or your Passport.

Can someone collect my prepaid package on my behalf?

Yes. Please ensure your representative has the tracking number and a signed copy of your ID.

My package is cash on delivery. Can someone pick it up on my behalf?

Yes. Please ensure your representative has your tracking number.

If I prepaid for my item, can I still return it?

Yes. We will refund you 100% of the cost of the item plus your shipping fee. To find out more about our return and refund policy, go to https://www.obiwezy.com/return

How do I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order by ​contacting our Customer Service.

Are all products on Obiwezy.com original and genuine?

Yes. We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. We also take all necessary actions to ensure that any seller found to be selling non-genuine products is immediately delisted from Obiwezy

How do I pay?

You can choose from the different payment methods available on Obiwezy. Please find below the list of available payment methods:

  • Pay on Delivery (easy and simple at your doorstep)
  • Bank Transfers to the provided Obiwezy Enterprises accounts
  • POS machines available in our different centers.

Will I receive all the items in my order at once?

You may receive items in your order separately depending on the duration of processing, we ship as quickly as items become available.

Do I need an account to shop on Obiwezy?

No, you don't need an existing account to shop with us. Simply register within 1 minute or login with your Facebook account.

How do I place an order?

Shopping on Obiwezy is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Click on 'Buy Now' to add this product to your cart
  • Click on 'Cart' in the top right corner
  • Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password
  • Enter your shipping information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate
  • Choose your preferred payment option
  • Click on 'Confirm order' to complete your order

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via Email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of whether your order has been confirmed or not, please contact us a few hours after your order placement.

 What can I return?

You can initiate a return up to 7 days after delivery if:

  • You receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in it's original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.  

 How do I return an item?

Online : Complete your return request on our contact form or call us. 

Once I initiate a return, what happens next?

If the package was delivered to you and you requested for a pick-up, our delivery agent will call you to schedule a retrieval. There will be 2 attempts made to retrieve the item(s) in 3 Business days. 

If you initially picked-up your package from one of our stations or chose to drop-off at one, please take the items you wish to return to a pick-up station near you 

 

 I have requested for returns pick-up from my home, how long will it take?

Once we receive your request, we will make two attempts to retrieve the item(s). 

 

 What happens if I miss both attempts to retrieve my return?

Your return request will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to return that item. 

 

I initiated a return and requested for pickup at my home, but no one came & it has been a while, what should I do?

We apologize for this. Please contact us using the form provided. 

 

Once retrieval of my package is done, how long will it take to be refunded?

Refunds are initiated within 7working days 

My return has been collected for a while, but still no news, what should I do?

We apologize for this. Please contact us on the number provided on the page.

Obiwezy tells me they have done a bank transfer but I have not received the money, what should I do?

It takes 2-5 days for the money to reflect in your account. Please contact us if it you still haven’t received your refund after this time.

 

Is my product under warranty?

All Used Deals have 14days warranty, while Brand new devices comes with manufacturer specified warranty period.

 

Do I have to return all products in my order?

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return your choice of selected items. 

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes, any free gift must also be returned. 

 Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

Shipping back to Obiwezy is paid for by the customer while there are no charges for shipping a product back to the customer after replacement.

 Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?

Defective items will be replaced if in original condition as sold.

Why was my item redelivered to me instead of a refund?

Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it. For example, a phone returned for not powering-on will be tested extensively and if the claims are right, a refund will be processed, but if during the test, it powers-on, the item will be redelivered to you. 

What are service centers?

Service centers are locations your devices can be fixed. Though Obiwezy has not service center, place a call to get recommendations.

Changes in privacy policy

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
